Content: Dear ladies and gentlemen,we ordered the safety cupboard locks with 20 locks and catches via amazon. During the installation we recognized 1 missing lock and 2 missing catches. It is therefore not possible to return to amazon.We would like to get these missing parts.Best regardsMichael Koke

Content: Ich habe 3 Schlösser die neu sind, bei denen der Magnetschalter nicht funktioniert. Entriegelung wurde wie in der Anleitung montiert. Alle anderen funktionieren

Content: Guten Tag, ich habe eines Ihrer Artikel bei Amazon bestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um die magnetische Kindersicherung. Welche wirklich toll funktioniert aber leider fehlen diese kleinen Aufkleber mit dem Schloss drauf. Wäre es möglich diese noch zu erhalten ? MfG Vanessa Utnehmer
