Content: Hello,we purchased one of these 20 packs https://norjews.com/babysicherheit-magnetisches-schrankschloss-20-schlsser-mit-3-schlssel-unsichtbare-kindersicherung-fr-schrank-und-schubladen-ohne-bohren-und-schrauben---norjews-pid-82.html on Amazon. They had been working fine for the last two months. But now one of our cupboard doors doesn't react to the magnet anymore and we can't open it. Pulling hasn't got the glue off either (which I think is good because otherwise our child would have already pulled it off in the past) and I am worried that if we pulled hard enough to open the door with the lock in place, we would probably break the cupboard. The magnet still works fine on another door that looks identical. Do you have any suggestions? Kind regards,Corinna Isaacs
