Subject: Child safety locks troubleshooting
Content: I purchased the Child Safety Magnetic Cabinet Locks(20 Locks + 3 Keys) on Amazon, Order# 114-8022333-8733842. I've installed 6 of them so far, but four of them won't engage the lock unless I slam the cabinet door. The other two work fine. Is there a way to get the locks to pop into place without having to slam the doors? I followed the installation video, so I believe they're properly installed. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Content: Hello! Is there an option to purchase only replacement magnetic keys? I've tried a few other brands on Amazon and unfortunately the magnets are not as strong/as large as the ones that originally came with our Norjews sets. Thank you!
