Content: Hello. I bought 20pcs. „Safety Cupboard Locks“ End of March. Just now i recognized that there are 1pc. Lock and 3pcs. catches missing. Also there are just 1 set (10pcs) of this small detection stickers instead of two. Is there a chance to get this parts separately?Thanks in advance. RegardsChris

Content: Hallo ich habe über Amazon die Kindersicherung für die Schubladen gekauft, habe allerdings ein Problem beim Befestigen, der Schnapper wird vom Locator fest gehalten, aber das Schloss rastet nicht ein und sitzt lose. Habe mir schon das Video dazu angeschaut, trotzdem hört man kein Klicken beim Einsetzen?

Content: Guten Tag,ein der Magnetschlösser lässt sich auf einmal nicht öffnen. Beide Teile sind angeschraubt, da der Kleber nicht gehalten hat. Ich komme nicht von einer anderen Seite ins innere des Kleiderschranks. Wie kann ich die Tür öffnen ohne den Kleiderschrank zu beschädigen? Danke für Ihre schnellstmögliche Antwort.Katharina Baum
