Content: Hello, we have ordered your locks for babys and our child is now grown enough to find interest in getting the stickers to know where the lock is located, off. We need more locks in color black, as we have white doors where we have to lock. Is it possible to send some of the stickers maybe? So that we do not have to order some different not fitting stickers ?

Content: I bought 20 magnetic locks from Amazon. (Bestellnr. 302-7680480-8881169) The packaging was slightly open in the shipping bag. When unpacking, I noticed that 1x lock, 5x catches and 3x keys including keyplate were missing. Can you please replace the missing parts
